Dr. Lopes had a great time out at the Rosedale Running Room this past week to talk with the Half Marathon clinic. She got to talk about injury prevention, join them for a 5.3km run and then go through a full body stretching demo. What a fun night out in the city!
Dr. Lopes is back from Winnipeg, Manitoba where she volunteered for 3 weeks as a sports chiropractor for the 2017 Canada Summer Games. Dr. Lopes was at the Rosedale Running Room on Tues. July 18, 2017 to talk/run and stretch the marathon clinic members. It was a nice evening out to do a hilly 6km route.
