In case you weren’t aware, Family Day, on Mon. Feb 19th is coming up. So, we will be CLOSED from Sat. Feb 17th – Mon. Feb 19th to ensure we have some down time and time to reconnect with family & friends.
 
‍‍ We will re-open for Tuesday, February 20th!
 
‍‍ If you need a chiro tune-up before the Family Day Long weekend, Dr. Lopes has some spots available today, Thurs. Fe 15th at 1pm as well as tomorrow, Fri. Feb 16th.
 
‍‍ Michelle has time today, Thurs. Feb 15th at 11:15am for a massage.

To help you prepare and ensure you’re taken care of over the holidays, we share our 361 Holiday Schedule:
We are CLOSED for Christmas Eve (Sun. Dec 24) and Christmas (Mon. Dec 25)
Dr. Lopes will be in on Wed. Dec 27-Fri. Dec 29 to close out the year.
We will be CLOSED Sat. Dec 30 – Tues. Jan 2.
Both Enrico and Dr. Lopes will re-open the new year on Wed. Jan 3.
➡ Please plan accordingly as we only have limited availability left for 2023.
➡ Don’t forget our treatment fees will be increasing as of Jan 1st, 2024!

We just looked at the calendar and can’t believe that the holiday break is so near! To help you prepare and ensure you’re taken care of over the holidays, we share our 361 Holiday Schedule:
We are open regular hours for the week of Dec 19-23.
We are CLOSED for Christmas Eve (Sun. Dec 24) and Christmas (Mon. Dec 25)
We have only RMT services with Enrico on Boxing Day (Tues. Dec 26)
Dr. Lopes will be in on Wed. Dec 27-Fri. Dec 29 to close out the year.
We will be CLOSED Sat. Dec 30 – Tues. Jan 2.
Both Enrico and Dr. Lopes will re-open the new year on Wed. Jan 3.

It will be 3 years next year since we last changed our treatment fees at 361 Degrees Chiropractic Sports & Wellness.  Prices will increase effective Monday, January 1st, 2024.
THE MOST COMMON CHIRO TREATMENT OPTIONS WILL BE:
▪ Initial Chiro appointment = $145.00
▪ General Chiro Tune-up = $90.00
▪ Extended Chiro Tune-up = $110.00
THE MOST COMMON RMT TREATMENT OPTIONS WILL BE:
▪ 60 min massage = $125 (inclusive of HST)
▪ 75 min massage = $145 (inclusive of HST)
▪ 90 min massage = $175 (inclusive of HST)
➡ Our www.361clinic.com will be updated by the end of the year where all of our treatment options:  chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and hot stone massage therapy will be listed, along with our adult, senior and student/child price options.

We have the Thanksgiving Long Weekend coming up! So, to get you ready to enjoy some turkey, ham or tofurkey, we will be offering some availability during the long weekend.
 
We will be open for chiropractic services on Fri. Oct 6th and Sat. Oct 7th.
 
We will be CLOSED on Sun. Oct 8th and Mon. Oct 9th.
 
We will re-open on Tues. Oct 10th with both chiropractic services and massage therapy with Enrico.

We’re feeling like it’s Christmas in September! Do you want to know why?
It’s because one of our RMT’s, Michelle, has decided to add in a few more hours and an additional day of massage therapy availability as of Wed. Oct 11th! Check below to see what our RMT availability will be going forward:
 MONDAY: Michelle will be in from 1:15pm-7:30pm
 TUESDAY: Enrico will be in from 11:00am – 6:30pm
 WEDNESDAY: Michelle will be in from 1:15pm-7:30pm
 THURSDAY: Michelle will be in from 9:00am-2:00pm

If you didn’t realize that another long weekend is approaching, here is your reminder! Here is our @361clinic availability for upcoming Labour Day Long Weekend! Please plan ahead to get your pre-long weekend and before school tune-up in!
 
We are open on Fri. Sept 1st & Sat. Sept 2nd.
 
We will be closed on Sun. Sept 3rd & Mon. Sept 4th.
 
Dr. Lopes will be in on Fri. Sept 1st all day, and just the morning of Sat. Sept 2nd.
 
We reopen on the 1st day back to school, Tues. Sept 5th! Dr. Lopes has chiro spots open between 10:30am-11:45am & Enrico has RMT spots available 1:30pm-3:30pm on Tuesday.

Not sure what to do as prep for the Canada Day Long weekend? Maybe a tune-up is what you’ve been looking for!

For many, you may have Fri. June 30 or Mon. July 3 off. Plan accordingly with our availability below:

Dr. Lopes is available on Fri. June 30 & Mon. July 3 for the long weekend. NOTE: Her last day treating will be Thurs. July 13th before she leaves for @NAIG2023 in Nova Scotia.

Enrico will be back as of Tues. July 4th and every Tuesday after going forward. He has a few spots available on July 4th. Plan ahead!

Michelle is fully booked for the Long Weekend.

We will be closed over the weekend on July 1st & 2nd.

Dr. Lopes will be going back out East to volunteer at NAIG 2023! She’ll be leaving on July 14th!

Pjila’si = means welcome in the Mi’kmaq language. Dr. Lopes is hoping to use some of the new words she’s learned from this Indigenous language because she has been selected to volunteer as a Sports Chiropractor at the upcoming @NAIG 2023 (North American Indigenous Games) in Halifax, Nova Scotia!

➡ Dr. Lopes will be working right up until the morning of her departure date, Fri. July 14th, and will be adding on some days to explore Nova Scotia, since this will be her first time in this province. She’ll return back to @361clinic on Mon. July 31st.

➡The North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) 2023 will bring together more than 5,200 athletes, coaches and team staff from 756 Indigenous Nations celebrating, sharing and reconnecting through sport and culture with the help of 3,000 volunteers.

➡The 10th North American Indigenous Games will host competitions in 16 sports within 21 venues and 52 fields of play across Kjipuktuk (Halifax), Dartmouth and Millbrook First Nation. Competition will begin July 15 and run through the 23rd of July.

➡Stay tuned to learn more about this upcoming event, and follow along to see what Dr. Lopes gets up to in a month’s time! We hope to share some of the cultural information that she has learned about as part of her training for this event.
