Dr. Lopes is acting as chairperson for the annual RCCSS(C) Eastern Conference.  This year’s theme is everything to do with hockey, from rehab to nutrition.

Dr. Lopes had a great time out at the Rosedale Running Room this past week to talk with the Half Marathon clinic.  She got to talk about injury prevention, join them for a 5.3km run and then go through a full body stretching demo.
