We’re adding a 2nd RMT to 361 starting October 1st!

Russ will be starting at 361 effective Wednesday, October 1st, 2025!

He will start off working 9am-1pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

LET’S LEARN MORE ABOUT RUSS:

Russ became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2025 after graduating as Valedictorian of his class from Medix College. Our very own RMT Michelle, was one of his teachers during the program.

After initially finishing a Bachelor of Commerce he worked in Finance & Sales for almost 9 years, but he always knew he wanted to be in a profession where he could help people.

He chose to become a RMT because he is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

As a long-time athlete with a background in kickboxing and swimming, he understands how muscle tension and imbalances can impact both performance and daily comfort.

Massage therapy allows him to combine his interest in movement with hands-on techniques to support recovery, balance, and overall well-being. He incorporates techniques such as deep tissue massage and Swedish massage.

Outside of the clinic, Russ enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring new coffee shops, and going on walks around the city.

Russ speaks both English & Russian.
