361 has now enabled ONLINE BOOKING as of today, March 1st, 2024!

We hope this give you an opportunity to plan ahead for your next chiropractic, acupuncture or massage therapy appointment!

We know that with technology, there will be some bumps along the way, and we ask for your patience. Messaging Dr. Lopes is still 100% an option to book your appointment, especially if you’re not able to find an ideal spot or booking both chiro & massage on the same day.

First stop is to choose to book your appointment by practitioner OR by the service you are looking for.

You will then see a list of treatment services, which are differentiated various age categories [Child/Student, Adult, Senior]

For massage you then select the length of desired treatment (30, 45, 60, 75, 90 min).

For chiropractic & acupuncture services, you can choose from a quick (15 min), general (30 min), extended (45 min) or complete (60 min) tune-up.

If your insurance coverage only accepts chiropractic care but NOT acupuncture, but you would like to receive acupuncture, choose your service under “chiropractic” and that is what will be included on your invoice. Otherwise, if you want the service to be billed under acupuncture (but still receive a combo of services), choose your treatment length under “acupuncture”.

CHIRO/ACU: If you haven’t seen us in 6+ months OR have a new complaint, please choose the “Re-evaluation/New Complaint” option.

CHIRO/ACU: If it’s been >1 year OR you have multiple new complaints, please choose the “Extended Re-evaluation/New Complaints” option.

We are still adhering to our 24 hour cancellation policy. So, if you have to cancel, you can do so online, or msg Dr. Lopes, as long as it’s within the 24 hour period from your scheduled appointment.

We do allow for same day appointments, however, you will only be allowed to do so within a 4 hour window. If you need a same day appointment, but don’t see anything available online, please message Dr. Lopes via email, FB, IG or by texting/calling the clinic number 647-874-2434.

Currently we have enabled online booked for March, April & May, till we figure out our summer holiday/availability.
